Sales Support Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to manage and streamline sales billing operations. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Sales Team by handling order processing, ensuring billing accuracy, and coordinating with internal departments to maintain smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
Handle billing requests from the Sales Team (daily, monthly, quarterly) across Tenders, Private, and Government sectors
Execute full billing cycle and ensure accuracy of invoices
Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams
Follow up on missing or incorrect data (stock, lots, documentation)
Secure required approvals for all billing transactions
Process invoice amendments based on official requests
Generate and provide reports to the Sales Team
Support additional operational tasks as required
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Sales Support / Sales Coordination within a medical company
Technical Skills:
Experience with Oracle or SAP
Advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail
Language:
English: Intermediate speaking, Advanced writing (required)
