National Sales Manager (KSA)
Samir Group (KSA) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / National Sales Manager with a strong background in clinical diagnostics and medical laboratory solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading sales activities within the diagnostics or medical devices sector, particularly in areas such as clinical chemistry, blood banking, and immunohematology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the national sales team to achieve company sales targets.
Oversee day-to-day sales activities and ensure effective follow-up on customer orders and sales pipeline.
Manage relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and blood banks across the Saudi healthcare market.
Follow up and manage government procurement tenders through National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO).
Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth product distribution and order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory and support the release of back-to-back orders linked to sales activities.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage including remote areas through joint customer visits with the sales team.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the diagnostics or medical devices industry.
Strong background in Clinical Diagnostics, Blood Banking (Immunohematology), or Clinical Chemistry.
Experience in managing sales teams and handling large healthcare accounts.
Familiarity with government tenders and procurement processes, especially through NUPCO.
Experience selling laboratory analyzers, diagnostic equipment, or IVD solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical field.
