Job Scope / Purpose

We are seeking an experienced ICT Presales Engineer to support the design, pricing, and procurement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions. The role involves developing technical designs, preparing commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to deliver competitive and compliant ICT solutions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing and cost breakdowns for ICT scopes and solutions.

• Design network infrastructure solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, security, structured cabling, etc.) based on client requirements.

• Develop technical proposals, BOQs, and solution architectures.

• Coordinate with the IT and procurement departments to obtain and validate supplier quotations.

• Liaise with vendors and technology partners to ensure optimal pricing and technical compliance.

• Support sales teams during bids, tenders, and client presentations.

• Ensure proposed solutions align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Communications, Electronics, or related field).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT Presales or a similar role.

• Proven experience in the ICT field is required.

Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure design.

• Experience in ICT pricing, cost estimation, and vendor management.

• Good understanding of enterprise ICT solutions and best practices.

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
