Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of interpreting architectural and shop drawings, coordinating with MEP disciplines, selecting appropriate materials, and producing high-quality 2D drawings and 3D renderings. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and translate them into detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations.

• Read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings.

• Identify, evaluate, and select suitable materials, finishes, and design components based on project requirements.

• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings for presentations and client approvals.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure design compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

• Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.

• Maintain organized documentation and contribute actively to team coordination and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate or governmental projects.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD

  • Rendering software (SketchUP, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar)

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Solid understanding of architectural and interior shop drawings and MEP systems.

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior fit-out standards.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
