Duties and Responsibilities

• Record Management: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and critical data to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Decision Making: Make informed and professional decisions in a fast-paced environment to optimize procurement processes.

• Vendor Analysis: Review and analyze all vendor/supplier options, including supply and pricing, to identify the best fits for the organization.

• Negotiation: Negotiate favorable pricing and supply contracts to secure the best deals for the company.

• Supplier Management: Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive list of suppliers,

including their qualifications, delivery timelines, and potential for future development.

• Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors, suppliers, and partners to enhance collaboration and support.

• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and the IT Procurement Manager to fulfill procurement duties effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Procurement Expertise: Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes,
policies, and systems.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and other relevant software.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze problems critically and strategize for optimal solutions.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate clear interactions.
