Operation Coordinator
Job Description:
- Maintain and regularly update internal databases and records related to (Sales forecasts - purchase orders - Supplier communications including payments, delivery tracking, SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority) documentation, etc.)
- Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
- Coordinate logistics and arrangements for exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Handle travel arrangements for sales and management teams, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up between internal departments and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, authorities).
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience not less than 4 years
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
- Proficiency in English
- Medical industry experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
